Terms & Conditions — ZX888 Platform

1 Introduction

Welcome to ZX888. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ZX888 ("ZX888", "we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the ZX888 online gaming and sports betting platform, including all associated games, features, services, promotions and content available at https://zx888.cam and any related subdomains or mobile applications ("the Platform").

• A valid, current Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or Pakistani passport — all four corners clearly visible, unobscured and unaltered.
• A recent proof of address (utility bill, bank statement or equivalent official document) dated within the last 3 months, where required.
• A selfie or liveness video as instructed, holding the submitted ID.

4.3 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials. ZX888 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an Account due to a Player's failure to adequately protect their credentials. 5 Deposits & Payments

• No active investigation, AML review or fraud inquiry is pending on the Account.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

9 Prohibited Conduct

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ZX888 Platform — including but not limited to logos, game titles, graphics, text, interface elements, audio, video and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of ZX888 or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

Nothing in these Terms grants the Player any ownership interest, licence or right to use any ZX888 intellectual property beyond the limited personal-use access described in Section 8. Unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution of Platform content is prohibited and may give rise to legal proceedings.

11 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The ZX888 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ZX888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free or secure operation of the Platform. We do not guarantee any specific gaming outcomes, return-to-player percentages or financial results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZX888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of data, funds or profits resulting from Platform use.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failure or circumstances beyond ZX888's reasonable control.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios or service suppliers.

12 Responsible Gambling

13.2 Account Closure by the Player

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting ZX888 customer support. Prior to closure, all active wagering requirements must be settled and any real-money balance will be returned subject to standard verification and withdrawal conditions.

13.3 Permanent Closure

ZX888 may permanently close an Account and forfeit associated funds in cases of confirmed fraud, underage use, duplicate accounts, money laundering, document falsification or severe and repeated breach of these Terms.
